Here's a WAG. I recall seeing instructions never to permanently apply ptf's for any Domino products. Something about you may need to uninstall a ptf when installing (your domino add on product here) and reinstall the ptf. Perhaps if you RMVPTF and reinstall it, you'll get the FP1 back? I think there are conflicting service programs. Pretend there is a service program called 'GOONY'. If you're running straight Domino then you'll have one version of GOONY. However, if you're running Sametime in addition to Domino, you'll have a different version of GOONY in the same library. It's a chicken-and-egg thing.
