I haven't tried shared mail here - we'll probably just throw disks at the 
problem!!

We have implemented Single Copy Template. With 1000 mail files saving 12 
MB each, that's 12GB of disk space saved. Just enough to compensate for 
our 3 largest mail files!! One user is almost in the 5GB club!!
