Administrator?  Is that Domino Administrator or iSeries Administrator?

Personally I've been to both and found them comparable.  Some people like 
the IBM tech conferences because:
- They're not very athletic and like having everything closer.
- They can use some of those education credits they got for purchasing an 
enterprise package to go.
- Their own personal preferences

Some like COMMON because of a more diverse group of presenters.  Summary: 
More non IBMers.  Although some of the core stuff at IBM tech conferences, 
like RPG are taught by the same 'former' ibmers that present at COMMON. 
Some like it because of SoundOff, etc.

Perhaps looking at the education grid for each conference would help you 
make a decision.

Me, I've never been to LotusSphere.  Actually no one from my company has 
and I wonder if that would be of use.  But that's going on this week

At one time you had to register the first hour or two after registration 
opened up or you weren't going because it filled up.  That's definitely 
tapered off over the years.
