Scott, the agent compares the StartDateTime field for each reservation 
document. Recurring entries have a separate document for each instance, 
each with a different StartDateTime based on the recurrence.

So, it will only purge the recurring events that were older than the purge 
interval and not any of the subsequent entries.

I just have one more question relating to this...... Is the delete time
older than the scheduled date or older than the original reservation was
created? and what happens with reoccurring meetings that last for months?

Jerry, The calendar entry won't be purged. It just clears the documents
from the RnR database.
