As I poked and prodded to give you a more complete response, it appears to 
be connecting now.  I did have to end and restart the MC server to get 
that far.

Now, when I right-click on the Job option under Monitors to select New 
Monitor....,  nothing is happening.  Clicking to "Create a new job or 
server monitor" similarly does nothing so far.  Choosing to open the event 
log (right-click from job) returns an error after a long wait.  I don't 
see anything in the logs for the iSeries, but I might not be looking in 
the right place.
