Has anyone seen this error on their server console.

"DNS : Server Failure"

That is all that shows up.  It is consistent and shows up on the console
over and over again.  Not sure when it started happening.
I have a screen shot of the console but didn't want to include in the
email.  If anyone wants the picture, please let me know.  I would be 
glad
to provide it.
