I did the RSTLICPGM and UPDDOMSVR route on two separate boxes and it 
worked fine on both.  Each was at 6.5.5 which shouldn't make a difference 
however

7.0.1 upgrade technique.






When upgrading from 6.5.4FP3 to 7.0.1 which technique would you use, and 
why?

d. Run  SETUP.EXE  from the directory that the C88RBNA.exe was extracted 
to. 
The wizard will guide you through the Domino for i5/OS install. 
 
e. Alternativey, you can follow the instructions below to install 
Domino 7 for i5/OS by transferring the binary save files from the PC 
to the i5/OS server and then use the RSTLICPGM CL command to install each
option.
