There was supposed to be a fix for the Domino software to allow for OS
time changes without hanging the Domino server(s). This fix is in SPR#
RWAH6HPQ8B for Domino 7.0.2- This iSeries specific fix allows daylight
savings time and standard time changes without recycling the Domino
server.

I just want to say a huge thank you to IBM for this. I have upgraded 3 of
my cluster iSeries Domino partitions to 7.0.2 and they didn't have any
problems with the time change this weekend. Now to get to my production
partitions...
