In a clustering environment I like the Akornn software. Set it up that if
you create a new database on one server it should put it over on the other
cluster member. (Nice that the last few versions of Domino have something
"like" this for new user's mail files.)
Keep in mind though, that an upgrade to Domino will blast the library
QNOTESCPP that Akornn requires. And, their programs are a bit dated. They
require the service program LNCPP23. You can only download: 2.4, 3.0 and
7.0 from
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/downloads/toolkits.html
So, you might want to save your old QNOTESCPP library into a save file to
restore after a Domino upgrade.
I did put in a request for updated versions of their programs.

DSPPGM PGM(ANOTES/ACL) DETAIL(*SRVPGM)
shows LNCPP23.

I called my save file the same as the service program, LNCPP23. That way,
if I do a WRKOBJ *ALL/LNCPP23 I can find the SOB.
CRTSAVF FILE(ROB/LNCPP23) TEXT('C++ API 2.3: service program')
SAVLIB LIB(QNOTESCPP) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(ROB/LNCPP23)
