There is an admin browser window on the sametime browser.  It should be 
accessible even if sametime is all dead in the water.  As long as Domino, 
and it's http server is up.  It will tell you things like the below 
(spacing didn't paste right.  "Running" should be a column on the right.).

Most of these jobs should also show in
WRKDOMSVR
9=Work server jobs
Basically, if you don't have a couple screens of ST* jobs, you're FUBAR.

You can try the domino command
load staddin2
And watch that.
If that fails, try bouncing that Domino server.
If that doesn't do it search for the commands to look at threads and that 
genre and see if any are still out there for the subsystem associated with 
that server (when the server is down).  Blast them.
If that doesn't work, IPL.
If that doesn't work, pray.
But you might want to open a pmr with IBM/Lotus prior to the IPL.
