I've seen the Conflicts after template upgrades. Usually just closing the 
Notes client and all processes and opening it again will fix it. I believe 
it's more of a cache problem with the client.

We are updating our users to the inotes6.ntf template from StdR6Mail - 
and
several of the users get a "replication or save conflict" message for 
each
of their inbox messages.  Also some are missing their calendar 
information,
but rebuilding the index usually fixes that problem.  Has anyone else 
run
into this?  Is there a way to avoid this problem?  We are planning on
upgrading the rest of our users soon and want to avoid all the help desk
calls.  Thanks
