I think that's what most people ran into, but this is after all the 
patches
and is more of a show stopper.  This problem is preventing the page from
even presenting anything at all (not just showing the DST problems). The
tech said that he could reproduce it when testing with the Forms6.nsf db
that I sent him.

Yes, I have done this.

Afterward, we, too, had issues, but the latest Windows XP patch fixed 
all
of the issues.
