I hate to offer advice without having personally experienced this problem.
But if the problem is in fact related to Docs whose design has not bee
refereshed you could try the following. By the way I would verify this
is the problem by just opening and saving a doc through the UI. THis
would acheive the same result as this script

Script:

Sub Initialize
Dim session As New NotesSession
Dim db As notesdatabase
Dim dc As notesdocumentcollection

Set db = session.currentdatabase
Set dc = db.unprocesseddocuments

For j = 1 To dc.count
Set doc = dc.getnthdocument(j)
Call doc.computewithform(False, False)
Call doc.save(True, False)

End Sub
