I'm sure you can get a more in-depth answer, but since the group has been
quite, my answer is yes, you can delete them.
These files are output to help you debug. If they are in use, there will
be a lock and you can't delete them. I have never been asked by Notes
support for any of them, save for the SEMDEBUG, but that was only after
adding additional commands to actually put something usefull in that file.

directory?

DIAGINDEX_OS400
SEMDEBUG_ servername
SERVERDOC_servername
