I'm rusty on interpreting those messages, but I think that's a message from
the receiving server. It appears that their server thinks your mail
message is not formatted correctly. I don't know how to determine what
part of your message it thinks is not RFC-compliant, however. I think it's
time to visit with the admin on the receiving end if you are not already.
