I don't have 8.0.2 in play here, so I cannot test, but to confirm: The
mail file template on your server is different from the mail file template
installed on your clients? And you (or someone on your team) hasn't made
changes to the template on the server? I presume that's what IBM's
thinking is going on -- I certainly would think so if it happened on my
network.

Personally I don't like the preview pane but others here do so I tried it.
When all my users using 8.0.2 client (CCH2 or raw) and the mail 8
template try to use the preview pane they are getting "Object variable not
set" messages.
Doing a File, Application, Replace design using the server based template
makes no difference. However, if you use the client based Mail 8 template
then the "Object variable not set" messages disappear.
Can someone else duplicate this so that I can tell IBM it's not that I've
modified the template - it's because the server template and the client
template differ?
