Dale,

I'm having the same issues on finding information. I'm guessing that you
have seen the BES server setup for Domino on the Blackberry website:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/preinstallation/domino.jsp

I have been in contact with one of our business partners to help gather
some additional information. Wish I could help you out with real life
experience but I think I'm at the same position you are at this moment.

Just running into some of my own questions as we're starting to look at
possibly getting a BES server for handling Blackberry's in the field ---
and I'm not finding much (if any) online guidance. Hopefully someone has
some valuable experience? I have two notes server on my network, both
within the same domain right now, both on iSeries boxes.....

I see that the BES is going to have to be on a Windows server.

It "appears" like you need a Domino server instance running on that
Windows box as well - configured into the Notes domain ???
For people who have email pushed to the phones - are their email files
still on their home servers or do you have to have them replicated to this
new windows platform as well? Or does it just retrieve the new email from
their home server? (network contention?)
Anybody got some real life experience with this --- the do s and don't s
of the implementation?
