IBM updated the technote as per my request to include the alternative of
submitting your own job using ALWMLTTHD(*YES) and RUNDOMCMD with
batch(*NO). This allows you to select the job queue. Thank you Amy.

If you do have to cancel a RUNDOMCMD job ran when the server was down
(like for compacting the names.nsf file when not in use), don't forget to
cancel the related LOGASIO job also. I forgot, started up the server and
it started the compact again.
