I see from Lotusphere today that Traveler will be released for Linux in
2010, no mention of the i however.

"From Timothy Briley:
I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want my users confidential
work mail pushed out to a public network like gmail."

Tim, I agree and that is not likely nor a goal. Currently we use
mSuite
Commontime for secure email transfer to cell phones. I would like to
find
an alternative to that product as it doesn't perform as expected.

And for calendaring we don't put confidential data on calendars
either.
My
training coordinator simply wants her calendar on her cell phone.

"From Chris Whisonant:
I agree with Tim in that the company may not want this data to get
pushed around publicly like this - especially for email. You'd do
better to open POP or IMAP in this case!

Also, judging by your email domain name and looking at your website,
I would consider this a big red flag for medical personnel data
getting sent outside of the corporate network. It could also possibly
be in violation of HIPAA."

Thanks Chris - I'm painfully aware of HIPAA, and we never put private
health information in email. The CompanionLink software I referenced
doesn't even support email.

Thanks!
