You can keep doing what you're doing without making any changes. Just
upgrade from 8.5.1 to 8.5.2.

If you want a much better meeting experience, then you'll want to install
the new meeting server.

We will be upgrading from Sametime 8.5.1 running on Domino 8.5.1. I've
been doing some reading and if you want "the whole shooting match" then
some has to be WAS based. Some can be either WAS based or Domino based.

How do I make an intelligent decision on what to place where?
Are there guidelines to help me decide on the stuff that can be either to
chose the solution best for my company?
Is there a nice step-by-step for all this?

Currently all we are using is chat, presence checking and some web based
meeting. All internally.
