Please try this.
Stop Domino server
Backup the original files: (all the jar files are
in /qibm/ProdData/LOTUS/Sametime/)
BLBackwardCompatibilitySA.jar
BLFrontEndSubscriptionSA.jar
BLPresenceServicePublishSA.jar
Replace with the hotfix jar files,
and using the below commands
CRTJVAPGM CLSF
('/qibm/ProdData/LOTUS/Sametime/BLBackwardCompatibilitySA.jar') OPTIMIZE
(40) TGTRLS(V5R4M0) LICOPT('PreLoadExtRef,NoPreresolveExtRef')
CRTJVAPGM CLSF
('/qibm/ProdData/LOTUS/Sametime/BLFrontEndSubscriptionSA.jar') OPTIMIZE(40)
TGTRLS(V5R4M0) LICOPT('PreLoadExtRef,NoPreresolveExtRef')
CRTJVAPGM CLSF
('/qibm/ProdData/LOTUS/Sametime/BLPresenceServicePublishSA.jar') OPTIMIZE
(40) TGTRLS(V5R4M0) LICOPT('PreLoadExtRef,NoPreresolveExtRef')
and start Sametime server.

How do I install the fix available at:

I downloaded it and got three BL*.jar files. I tried the "More
Information" but I just got some generic portal site.
