How do I tell if the Sametime Server Console is running?

Other than the obvious "the url doesn't work" how do I tell if the
Sametime Server Console is running on my IBM i? I tried this link

However, when I click on "Determining Sametime server status using the
Integrated Solutions Console" I get an HTTP 404 error.

Wait, some screen refreshes and whatnot later the link worked.

So now I see "Log in to the Integrated Solutions Console.". Ok, not a
good start. What is that? I am going to go out on a limb here and try
