I cant even get IBM/Lotus to give a consistent answer on that one...
That and the PVU system is infuriating

Does anyone know what the current user license cost breakdown is?
I recall that when we adopted domino in 2002, there were three tiers, web
access being the least costly, then the notes client, and then the full
collaboration client.
Is there a similar pricing structure now or is it one price for any/all?
