If you implemented Password recovery after the fact - and the user had an
ID file which whever accepted the new password recovery information that
could be the issue
applying password recovery after the fact only works for users that accept
the information, and/or have a proper ECL that allows the process to
update the list approved recovery entities(?)

If i recall correctly....

"Nonexistent or invalid recovery information"

I've never seen that before....

A google of that phrase pointed me to this link but it's from the Domino
4/5 forum....

http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/46dom.nsf/e5f5333619f2996885256a220009508f/f87230fd74d2087685256a2c003baf04?OpenDocument

A subsequent link stated that Password Recovery must be set up and enabled

prior to the ID file's creation.

Another thought is to make a replica of the mail file, delete and recreate

the user email account and then copy/paste the emails from the replica
into new mail file. It's not pretty but I've had to do it at least twice.

Thanks, Jerry
