We have no one running the basic client. Ok, since this person is running
Windows 7 may I be safe to assume that they have a somewhat current PC?
Then why are they still running the basic client?

Granted, this document may predate Windows 7 but I don't see any support
for it listed.

What fixpack are you running? 5 actually mentions a fix in the standard
client for Windows 7.

Why are you still running 8.0.2? No, wait, I think I remember. Your shop
wants Exchange so they are crippling Notes upgrades to make Exchange look
good.
