Rob,

We are just starting to test Smart Upgrade for the first time so I might
be off base.

In the Smart Upgrade Kit there is an install type of either "Notes client
only" or "All client". If you specify "Notes client only" I don't think
the kit will update a PC with all of the clients installed even for a FP.

Thanks,

I am getting the message "cannot upgrade AllClient installation to Notes
client". This user IS a Domino Administrator/Developer.
I thought FP's use the same upgrade for both clients and AllClients. I
thought it was only for point upgrades that it mattered.

Is there a 8.5.3 Fix Pack 2 for AllClient?
All I see to download are:
IBM Lotus Notes Basic Configuration V8.5.3 Fix Pack 2 for Windows
English(CI8HDEN)
IBM Lotus Notes V8.5.3 Fix Pack 2 for Windows English(CI8HGEN)

Yes, my notes.ini has InstallType=2 but since it is an AllClient, isn't
that what it should be?
