Hi Rob,

You can do what you need in the SMTP Restrictions and Controls within the
configuration document. The sender will receive a non-delivery failure
notification when they try to send to this address. I believe the user
will also see a non-delivery as well, but would have to test to verify the
exact error. Here is what you would do:

In the Router/SMTP -> Restrictions and Controls... -> SMTP Inbound
Controls tab add the email address to the Inbound Intended Recipients
Control -> Deny messages intended for the following internet addresses
field.

In the Router/SMTP -> Restrictions and Controls... -> SMTP Outbound
Controls tab add the email address to the Outbound Sender Controls -> Deny
messages from the following Internet addresses to be sent to the Internet
field.
