Reason:
You cannot log in to the Sametime server (community name) because the
Sametime client you are using is not authorized. Contact your system
administrator.

Resolution:
Edit your sametime.ini file.
Look for the line containing:
VPS_ALLOWED_LOGIN_TYPES
Unless you have a real need/desire to restrict older Sametime clients, or
save this server for mobile only clients, etc; you may wish to delete this

Why did I just start noticing this?
You had a really screwed up Sametime Community server installation. As
part of the resolution IBM had you do a DLTLICPGM and reinstall using
RSTLICPGM, LODPTF, APYPTF.
Another possibility is that you've upgraded Notes/Sametime clients and
they weren't yet approved.
I had to add: 1298,1299, 129A and decided to just remove this line.
