Possibilities -
-Trying to inform the list about POP capabilities or limitations.
-Telling people to turn on secure POP on which I would recommend in general.
My recommendation. If your POP server supports it, turn it on.
Then if you need to auto-process inbound email messages, purchase AutoMate or some other tool like it.
