I hear you. We ran Trend Micro on Domino on IBM i for years without
catching a thing because Message Labs was doing great.

Now, recently, a few have gotten past Message Labs.

My boss believes there is a possibility that it may catch these "zero day"
occurrences. Some people couldn't open them up on their laptops because
desktop Trend caught them. (Virtual Desktops were running a little
behind.)

He may be right. I hope it's not just to appear to be doing "something".

Now we can sign up for alerts from Message Labs to automatically get those
emails about ones that may have gotten through.
My question is: what are supposed to do upon receipt of that email?
- Send an email out to everyone in the company to not open the email from
... and hope they read that before they open the bad email?
- Scan everyone's email for that email? And hopefully we catch it before
they open it?
- Put in for a vacation day?
- Bust the glass on the cover of that box of emergency tequila?
