As I noted before - many of the problems can be resolved if you have
enough experience in the App Server/Java arena - but most RPGers don't
have that.

Well, that first one was mine, and it was self inflicted. I missed a
step in Joe's excellent step-by-step lab destructions. That's not to say
there aren't issues, but it's mostly just getting acclimated to the
language and the tool. It's hard to spot the problem when you don't know
what behavior is expected.
