The various Java books from O'Reilly are pretty useful and contain good
reference information.  Not exactly light reading, and some can be more
reference/examples than a learning book.  I have also found the "Teach
youself....." books from Sams to be more useful as a starting point.

Besides using the IBM manuals for Sleep therapy, what books would everyone
Recommend for a very experieced RPG'er to Learn JAVA, I have or will be
ordering
the News/400 & Midrange computing Books.  So my question is what
non-AS/400
books are useful????
