JTOpen always has the latest set of enhancments and fixes.  JTOpen 2.03
(the one currently available) is equal to V5R1 Toolbox licensed program
plus fixes in the GA Toolbox PTF, plus fixes that are not yet available in
a licensed program PTF.  As for enhancements, we put them in JTOpen as soon
as they are ready  With the licensed program version of the Toolbox you
wait for the next release of the LP.  We know people depend on JTOpen
working so we don't add fixes or enhancements to JTOpen until they are
ready (we don't add fixes / enhancements until they are "LP quality").

Is JTOpen preferred over the one that ships with, e.g. V4R5?
