Sorry, there is no DataQueue object way to do transactions.  You will have
to call the API.

I need to place a data queue under commitment control for transaction
security purposes.  Is there a direct way to do this (by which I mean a
toolbox method I can call), or do I have to use ProgramCall to call the
QTNADDCR API?  I assume the latter is true, as I can't find anything
about APIs in the toolbox documentation.
