Yes. Finalizers run and close the resources. Its not a great performance thing to let happen to your application, but the cleanup will take care of itself. Richard D. What happens when the connection object is trashed before the connection is closed? For example, I store connection objects in the session object and the session times out and all connection objects are unbounded. Will all connections close and QSQSRVR jobs disappear? Thanks.
