Not for me ... I thing that my problem is more relative to my second command
which is a call to DTM. Here is my code run in the VAJ's scrapbook:

AS400 as400 = new AS400(***, ****, ***);
CommandCall cmdCall = new CommandCall(as400);
String cmd1 ="OVRPRTF FILE(QSYSPRTF) SAVE(*YES) OVRSCOPE(*JOB)";
String cmd2 = "DTM400/PRTDTMDOC DOC(K05092.001) DIR('/qdtm/docf021') 
OUTQ(QUSRSYS/PRTBP01) HOLD(*YES) DATASTM(*AFP)";
System.out.println(cmdCall.run(cmd1));
