On the AS400, is it using "interactive" or "batch" feature cycles for the
5250?

It depends on the size of the iSeries you will be accessing... it saves a
lot of money in
programming costs, yet, fits right in to a J2EE programming model, or COM
if you are so
inclined... You can also shoot straight XML at it.
It cost around $40,000 for my current project... If you figure out how
much it costs to
program it all from scratch it is a very viable alternative.
