Hi Everyone, I have a web application that has been in production for over one year. Since this week the users have been complaining about how slow it has started to run. I tracked down the code and found out that the problem might be in the SQL statements. I started DB Monitor on the ISeries to track the error. This is what is strange. The application used to take 32 seconds to complete the process now completes it in less than 2 seconds when DB monitor has started. I started and stopped the monitor and the result is always the same. My question: What does STRDBMON do that would cause the statements to speed up? Thanks Deon
