Tomcat

Hi all, Im running Tomcat on the 400, everithing run well, my only problem 
is the job take 56% of the processor on the status TIMW (When nothing 
accessing tomcat)

here is the CL to start the job:

SBMJOB     CMD(QSH CMD('/TOMCAT400/BIN/CATALINA400.SH')) + 
             JOB(CATALINA) JOBQ(QSYSNOMAX) +
