        To begin with, I removed the package line and then changed the
(String args[]) to (String[] args)

        and when running Java cmd, I set the dir to /test as mentioned
in earlier thread by 

        furgalj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

        And it worked wonderfully with JDK1 1.2.
