        I'm using WDSC for development but my jt400.jar file is on
AS400, so where is the link.
        
        Or does WDSC has mapped network drive to the AS400 IFS?

What tool are you using for development ?
 
I wouldnt try and develop directly on the iSeries inside qshell.
 
Using Eclipse, and  another IDE, you have the jars inside your project
then you can view the jar inside the IDE.
