how do we know that JDBC connection has correct library list

Hi
Suppose i am doing the following to create connection
Does this gurantee that the connection will have the
library list as defined in libl.
is there a way to check if the connection was created
properly with library list or not?
is there a way to find out the libarary list of
connection
