I'm looking for some vendors who have a Help Desk software package that will run in a J2EE type of environment. We run WAS and WPS and I want something that incorporates into that world and will interface with DB2......the system would need to be able to run on the iSeries so I won'tlook at something that is got certain hooks that requires a different OS orhardware platform. Recommendations on vendors or places to look would be appreciated. Michael Crump Manager, Computing Services Saint-Gobain Containers 1509 S.
