Hi Sarah,

    I just looked over BIRT myself today.  It's clear that graphs and charts
are represented in BIRT - XML rather than binary form.  I can't give any
specific help at the moment, but you might want to look over "Using Eclipse
BIRT Report Libraries and Templates" by Mark Gamble, a BIRT team member, at:

    You can test it under Tomcat, as the article supposes, then try moving
it to WAS.  HTH,
