Let's say I have a java class com.zzz.test.Pages.
Pages contains types of pages, which are also objects.
Each type of page has methods. So in java I can simply
choose A4 type paper and rotate it with the code:

com.zzz.text.Pages.A4.rotate();

This is all static stuff built into the class itself.

I've been fooling around with how to prototype this method and not getting
anywhere. This seems to be wrong, but can't think of how to do it correctly:

      * Rotate Method
     D rotate          PR              O   ExtProc(*JAVA:
     D                                     'com.zzz.text.Pages.A4':
     D                                     'rotate')
     D                                     STATIC
     D                                     Class(*JAVA:
     D                                     'com.zzz.text.Rectangle')
