You can't have a classpath problem here because the class in question is part 
of the standard API. So if it doesn't exist, that means you are running Java 
1.3 (or earlier) from your RPG code. The java.util.logging package became part 
of Java in the 1.4 version.

We are having trouble resolving to the LogManager Class in the 
java/util/logging/ package when attempting to access it through an RPG 
interface. 

When we run a similar program in QSHELL it works.
