Funny you should mention X-Analysis, Jon! I just wrote an article that

And just to be clear: I did NOT write specifically about X-Analysis, nor
about any other extraction or migration tools. Personally, I think a real
extrasction and migration tool is nearly impossible short of a line-by-line
replacement (which has historically generated nothing but junk). But that
doesn't mean that the DataBorough folk didn't somehow come up with a way.

I just was reiterating my doubts.
