Mike, your post above talks specifically about moving from WDSC to 
RDi-SOA.  If that's what you're asking about, then your information is 
correct as far as I know.  I don't think there is any upgrade path for 
existing WDSC users to the new EGL-based tooling.

I was talking specifically about moving from ADTS to RDi.  As I said, I 
have it directly from IBM that there will be some sort of upgrade path, 
allowing existing ADTS licenses (including those that you get from 
previous SWMA entitlement) to be upgraded to RDi.

So, if your complaint is that you've been using WDSC for J2EE 
development and that you now have to pay extra to do so, you are 
correct.  That's something that you should write to Sam Palmisano 
about.  I think that some sort of reduced cost based on the number of 
entitled seats of RDi is in order, but I didn't ask about that.
