Just an FYI, the reason that we didn't do that to begin with is that there are properties in a properties file that may have needed to be tweaked, and this is a remote client, so moving the Jar file to their box is a bit of a chore.

If you have "." in the classpath before the jar you can have an extracted version of the property file, which you can edit as you need.
