In the file system, it is called "incgljseq.pcml". When referencing in Java,
it is "incgljseq". From what I read, the ProgramCallDocument class first
looks for a serialized version of the PCML file (incgljseq.pcml.ser), and if
not found looks for the regular file (incgljseq.pcml). In this scenario the
extension is optional in the Java code.

I got it now. I used Thorbjørn's suggestion, and now have in my project:
src/net/borgwarner/ebi/externalapi/*.java,
bin/net/borgwarner/ebi/externalapi/*.class, and
resources/net/borgwarner/ebi/externalapi/*.pcml. The PCML file was copied
automatically to the bin... folder. I now see it in the JAR file with the
classes.
